回答的简单结构

1. 情况: 用一句话说明是什么时候、在哪里发生的。铺垫不要太长。

A customer wanted to return an item well outside our policy and became loud. I stayed calm, explained the policy clearly, and offered what I could — a store credit and an exchange. 为什么这样有效: 一句话交代情况，然后是你自己做了什么，然后是结果。注意用的是“我”，不是“我们”。

• Missing subject "it"
  避免: Is very important to prepare.
  改说: It is very important to prepare.

  改说: I consistently exceeded my targets and received two promotions.

• Word-for-word translation of idioms
  避免: I want to give you a horse power. (加油)
  改说: I want to encourage you. / You can do it!

• L/R confusion in pronunciation
  避免: Pronouncing "really" as "leally" or "lead" as "read"
  改说: For "r" curl tongue back without touching the roof; for "l" touch the ridge behind teeth
