How the AI works

It listens to your answers
Your speech is turned into text so we can give feedback on what you said and how you said it.
It compares to good answers
Feedback is based on common interview best-practice — not a judgement of you as a person.
Your practice stays private
Your recordings and answers are yours. We don't sell your data or share it without your say-so.

Your Coaches

Alex is your lead interview coach. He guides every session, asks Socratic questions, and brings in the right specialist when you need a deeper look. Think of him as the front of a panel: attentive, direct, never preachy.

Maya is the language specialist. She works from documented patterns for 49 first languages: how each one tends to show up in spoken English. She names the pattern, explains where it comes from, and gives a specific drill to fix it.

Marcus is the industry coach. He checks whether an answer has the substance interviewers usually expect for your role and country, and says what to add.

Sofia is the cultural intelligence coach. She bridges the gap between how you naturally communicate in your home culture and what your target country's interviewers expect — without asking you to stop being yourself.

Ray is the strategy advisor. He looks at your readiness, time until interview, and weakest areas, then tells you the ONE highest-leverage move to make next. Calm, analytical, no shouting.

Every session brings in the whole panel. Whichever specialist has the most useful observation for your specific answer gets the lead spot. You can also chat directly with Alex any time.
Language Support

When you set your native language in your profile, Maya loads the specific Native language influence patterns for that language — the article-dropping habit for Hindi speakers, the false cognates for Spanish speakers, the tense markers for Mandarin speakers, and so on. Your feedback is then tuned to those patterns.

49 languages including Hindi, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Turkish, German, Russian, Vietnamese, Polish, Thai, Tagalog, Urdu, Bengali, Tamil, Indonesian, Persian, Swahili, Yoruba, Hausa, and more.

L1 means your first (native) language. Native language influence is when patterns from your native language quietly leak into your English — like dropping articles, switching word order, or using a false cognate. It's not a mistake of knowledge; it's a retrieval pattern. Maya's job is to make those patterns visible so you can train past them.

A1-A2: simpler questions, one feedback point per answer, more encouragement. B1-B2: standard interview tempo, two-to-three feedback points. C1-C2: senior-level pushback and naturalness coaching. The same coaches, calibrated to where you are.

Yes. STAR coaching, IFI scoring, the cultural guides for cross-border roles, and Ray's strategy work just as well for native speakers. Maya simply has less to do.
Privacy & Security

Yes. All data is stored on Supabase with row-level security — only you can read your sessions. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card details.

No. Your name and email are never sent to the AI. We send your answer, your English level, your first language, the job you want and the country — never contact details that identify you.

Yes to both. Settings → Delete Account removes everything. Settings → Export Data gives you a JSON file with all your sessions, feedback, and progress.

Yes. Read the full Privacy Policy linked in the footer. Short version: data minimisation, right to delete, right to export, no sale of personal data.

What this site cannot tell you

These pages describe what interviewers commonly look for. They cannot tell you what a specific interviewer decided, and nothing here guarantees an interview, an offer or a visa. Practising is preparation — it shows you what to fix next.
