Refund Policy

The 7-day refund

If you upgrade to a paid plan and decide within 7 days that EnglishJobReady is not right for you, we will refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no fine print.

This applies to your first paid subscription, whether monthly or annual.

How to ask for a refund

One sentence is enough. Email support@englishjobready.com from the same address you used to sign up. Say you would like a refund. We process it within 3 working days.

You can also cancel your subscription yourself in Settings → Billing at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not issue a refund on its own — if you are inside the 7-day window and want your money back, contact us and we will process it.

After the 7-day window

After 7 days, your plan continues until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing. You will not be charged again, but the current paid period is not refunded.

If you cancel an annual plan partway through the year, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refund of unused months — this is standard for annual subscriptions.

If you are in a difficult situation

Sometimes life changes — a visa expires, a family emergency, you lose your job. If you are in a hard moment and a refund outside the 7-day window would genuinely help, email Riley at the support address above and explain your situation. We will read it like a person, not a process.

What we don't refund

  • One-time purchases (CV review, cover letter, sprint products) — these are delivered when you pay, so no refund window applies.
  • Legacy lifetime-plan purchases past 14 days from purchase date (this plan is no longer sold).
  • Charges that have already been refunded once.

What this site cannot tell you

These pages describe what interviewers commonly look for. They cannot tell you what a specific interviewer decided, and nothing here guarantees an interview, an offer or a visa. Practising is preparation — it shows you what to fix next.
