Free Interview Readiness Assessment

Answer one interview question for a quick first look, then complete three questions for a free readiness score, recruiter-lens feedback, and a clear next step.

The free readiness check. One real interview question for your role and country, answered out loud, with honest feedback on what an interviewer is likely to hear in it.

How it works

Choose your role, the country you are applying in, and your first language. You get a question that role is actually asked. You answer it in your own words — spoken, or typed if you would rather. The feedback names what is working, what weakens the answer, and the one thing to fix first.

What you need

Nothing. No card, no account to start, and no perfect English — clear, structured English at a B1 or B2 level is enough, and the feedback is written to be readable at that level.

What happens after

You get a readiness score with the reasoning behind it, the two or three specific things to work on before your interview, and the option to practise more. What you do next is up to you.

What this site cannot tell you

These pages describe what interviewers commonly look for. They cannot tell you what a specific interviewer decided, and nothing here guarantees an interview, an offer or a visa. Practising is preparation — it shows you what to fix next.
