Interview practice in simple English
You can practise with short questions, simple words, and no time limit. You can read any question in your own language, ask for it again in easier English, or write your answer before you say it. Nothing is scored against a native speaker.
What the slower path changes
Questions are shorter and use common words. There is no countdown. You can see the question in your first language beside the English one. You can ask for a simpler version as many times as you need, and asking costs you nothing — in the practice or in a real interview.
Build the answer first, say it second
Writing an answer before speaking it is not cheating, it is how the answer gets built. Once it exists you rehearse saying it, which is a different and easier task than inventing it while somebody watches.
What it will not do
It will not tell you that you are ready when you are not, and it will not coach you to sound native. Clarity is the goal — being understood the first time. That is a different thing from an accent, and it is achievable.
