Have your interview answer checked
Write or say an answer and get told what an interviewer would notice: whether it has structure, whether there is evidence in it, whether the English is carrying the seniority of the work, and which habits from your first language are showing under pressure.
What it checks
Structure — can somebody find the situation, what you did, and what happened. Evidence — is there a number, a scale or an outcome, or only a judgement. Register — is the English under-selling work you have already done. Clarity — would an interviewer have to work to follow you.
What it will not do
It will not add a number to your answer. If your story has no scale in it, it asks you how many people were involved rather than inventing a figure — because an invented figure is one you have to defend in the room, to somebody whose job is to probe it. Everything it suggests is built from words you actually wrote.
What it cannot know
It cannot tell you whether you will get the job, and it does not know what a specific interviewer decided or will decide. What it can do is name the things a recruiter would be likely to notice, and say which one to fix first.
